Meta data deletion instructions

FlowInbox is an internal tool used only for the Facebook Page and Instagram professional account owned by Energy Healing Flow GmbH. It does not offer public user accounts.

Request deletion

To request deletion of Meta-derived data processed by FlowInbox, email info@energy-healing-flow.de with the subject “FlowInbox data deletion”. Include the platform (Facebook or Instagram), the approximate interaction date, and enough information to identify your comment or message. Do not email passwords, access tokens, health records, or copies of identity documents.

What happens next

Energy Healing Flow GmbH will verify and process the request in accordance with applicable law. Working interaction content is removed from FlowInbox; minimized non-content security audit data may be retained where legally or technically necessary.
